The following items are prohibited from being stored at our facilities. 

NO:

• Food Items
• Explosive Items
• Illegal Items
• Weapons/Ammunition (related items)
• Drugs/Paraphernalia

NOT to be used for: 

• Office Space
• Manufacturing or Operations
• Retail or Public Distribution space

*Any of these items stored or done will forfeit your security deposit and immediately VOID your contract as well as any post payments outstanding on your account.

Here are a few reasons you may need extra storage space:

• Commercial Use:
  Extra space for goods-no more costly warehouses, store machinery etc.

• Business Use:
  Downsizing, quick access to equipment offsite, extra furniture, workstation supplies, inventory, store documents, etc.

• Home Use:
  Store items you don't need to access daily, downsizing, store important documents etc.

• Personal Use:
  Making way for potential growth opportunities and whatever situations life throws your way

• Migration:
  Moving locally/overseas, returning home (ideal spot not found yet), school migration, moving to elderly care etc.

• Sales Storage:
  Sales materials, marketing samples, etc. 

• Real Estate Storage:
  Store signs, banners, staging supplies etc.

• Entertainment Industry:
  Centrally store your inventory until your next event

• Short term/long term storage

• Construction Storage

• Renovation Projects
